How to request a room?

Step 1: Go to the “Search a room” page and choose a building and a location

Step 2: Explore our rooms and check their availability. If you are not able to find an available one, you may search in another of our buildings. 

Step 3: Write down the room code of your preferred rooms

Step 4: Click on the “Rent” button

Step 5: Fill in the form with all the required information

With all this information, we will process your request and send you an email with a formal and binging offer

How to book a room?

Step 1: Check your email and our offer

Step 2: You have 72 hours to think, confirm your booking and make a transfer of the deposit

Step 3: Send us the following documents (within the 72 hours):

• Copy of your acceptance letter from your university / internship place in Barcelona
• Copy of the receipt of the deposit transfer

Once we receive the money of the deposit in our bank accounts, you will receive a confirmation of the booking

Requirements

• You must be studying or doing an internship in Barcelona
• You must be younger than 30
• You must accomplish 4 months of minimum stay
• You must be willing to share the flat with people from different cultures and backgrounds. In Rent Room we encourage you to create a friendly environment!
